Mr. B. showed up to an already emotional scene wherein he discovered a family member had sustained a gunshot wound. Naturally, emotions overtook Mr. B, and he acted in a way found by officers on the scene to rise to the level of unruly. They approached him and began to place him under arrest. Mr. B's family contacted Lawrence Law Firm and we were able to go to work right away investigating the matter and discovering the wounded family member ended up succumbing to his wounds and passing away shortly thereafter. After a brief visit with the prosecutor and explanation to the arresting officers, all parties agreed Mr. B had suffered enough and the case against him was dismissed.
